P90X Reviews - Does "Muscle Confusion" Work?

In this edition of "P90X Reviews" I want to look more closely into the alleged reason for the success of P90X is "Muscle Confusion".

I want deeper answer than most critics P90X Questions "Muscle Confusion":

Is it real?
It is as effective as claimed?
"Muscle Confusion" VS. Routine - the better results?
Let us begin to understand in view of the musculature of the people, how and why your body builds strength and muscles. These are easy and fast, but provides the basis for those who may have little understanding.
You see the body is a complex "system" of nerves, cells, tissues, blood, water, organs, plants "system" as a whole product that we know that our body and all functions jobs voluntarily or involuntarily.

You may be wondering: "I just watch the item was on P90X? Do not worry, all the links and because of the confusion muscle you must first understand the basics of the human body and muscles to be understood.

Especially in the weeks your brain knows exactly what to expect and your muscle fibers failed to reach a plateau of growth, it would be a greater challenge.

Remember, in this way. Some of us have in our lives in routine control feel, but sometimes it can change to constant repetition, and never lead the life. If you are a constant change, challenge and add go beyond the norm in the day you start to grow as a person, you will gain knowledge and experience you deserve.

Note that is just during your workouts, if you tear the muscle fibers - If you do not exercise and more sleep when you know exactly when your muscles repair and strengthening growth.

This does not work the same muscle groups every day, because it constantly break the muscle fibers, without proper growth and repair. In addition to sleep, because that is when your body goes into repair mode, the load days on the job resume. Sleep!
